Events

We will offer to the investor community five types of events:

Private Investor Only Dinners or Lunches: Multiple qualified companies present to an investor audience considering them for investment , scheduled once a month.

Private Investor Only Custom Event: Single company coordinates an investor dinner or lunch with targeted investors who have specified an interest in that type of company or deal , scheduled once a month

Financial Community and Business Event: Multiple companies under development seeking capital and resources will have display tables and the investor community is invited along with banking, legal, accounting, and consultant community to mix and mingle with the business owners for the purpose of helping these companies grow and solidify their business.

Private Equity Investor Forums: Multiple day event where established companies seek to raise capital from angel syndicates, funds, and venture capital funds. Early stage companies will have booths and tables. Scheduled once a year.

Value Added Events: Occasionally , we will offer to our investor community the opportunity to attend a special event that may have key speakers, topics, or investment opportunities that we think would be of interest or value to our community. We will post those events for your consideration.

 

Private, Investor Only
Opportunity Review Lunches or Dinners

Only qualified members of the investor community will be in attendance. They will review investment opportunities as the qualified companies present in 10 minute segments. Companies will have completed a Business Assessment and have appropriate investor materials available. Advance registration required. Only qualified members of the Investor Community or their representatives may attend. If a profile is not on file, then one will need to be completed prior to admittance. Cost for these events are free to members. Guests are $50 in advance and $60 at the door . All dinner meetings begin at 4:00 and are followed by networking with the investors and presenters.

No individual or custom events are scheduled at this time. This is a service offered when an a capital campaign is underway and an investment opportunity does not lend it self to a broad appeal.
